Elevate the Performance of Your Stereo and Home Theater: Active Wharfedale WH-D8 Will Change What You Think a Budget-Priced Subwoofer Can Do
Intensifying both stereo and home-theater performance, the Wharfedale WH-D8 subwoofer provides bottom-end oomph, resounding bass, and taut, focused lows while disappearing into any room it’s placed. Touting high-gloss lacquered front baffles and cosmetically enhanced veneers, WH-D8 is the perfect complement to the award-winning Diamond 200 Series loudspeakers. An active reflex subwoofer system in a vented box accounts for serious speed, punch, and low-frequency extension. You’ll hear deeper into your favorite recordings and enjoy the immersive effects on all types of films.
Anchored by an eight-inch long-throw woofer, WH-D8 claims a 40-120Hz frequency response, wide 86dB dynamic range, and 150W peak power output. A continuously adjustable low-pass filter slope, low-level inputs, and dedicated LFE input round out a versatile subwoofer that provides entry-level high-end A/V performance for an incredibly low price.
