“These acoustics are louder than uncoated strings.” The K3 coating is the first coating that players report sounds as good, or better, than uncoated strings”. Players tell us Dragon Skin strings have more volume, less unwanted overtones, greater clarity and articulation that standard, uncoated strings. All 6 strings are protected against then elements, and feature K3 coated brass- plated steel strings for greater tonal balance from top to bottom.
